the staff greeted me with a handwritten welcome message and some delicious macarons, WHAT a lovely touch. the room decoration was stylish, with nice details throughout. the bed offered amazing comfort, and I slept soundly each night.
The elevator operated very loudly. It was right next to my room, and i could hear it running constantly. this disrupted my sleep somewhat .
